Our commitment

Epic Breakroom, LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, keyboard only, screen magnification, speech input, or reduced-motion settings. Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining the site rather than as a one-time review.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We consider it partially conformant: most of the site meets that standard, and the exceptions described below are known and being worked on.

Measures we take

Pages are built from a shared component library rather than hand-written markup, so headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels stay consistent across the site. Text and background color pairings are checked against a 4.5:1 contrast ratio when the brand’s design tokens are set. Images and icons carry alternative text supplied by an editor. Video headers show a still image instead of motion for visitors whose device requests reduced motion, and site animation is suppressed under the same setting.

Known limitations

Some content is beyond our direct control. Embedded third-party forms, maps, chat, video players, and similar services follow their providers’ own accessibility practices. Documents such as PDFs published before the current standard may not be fully tagged. Where a third-party component blocks access to information or a service, we will provide that information another way on request.

Assessment approach

This site is self-assessed rather than evaluated by a third party. The publishing platform applies automated checks, including brand color contrast ratios and required alternative text for shared iconography, and reports from visitors are treated as part of the ongoing assessment.

We welcome reports of barriers on this site, and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need in another format.
