Before you ask
Questions about coverage
Do you serve my city?
Our footprint runs from the Idaho line at Preston and Franklin, south through Cache Valley, down the I-15 corridor through Ogden, Layton and Bountiful, across the whole Salt Lake Valley, into Utah County at Orem and Provo, and east to Park City, Heber City and Kamas. That is thirty seven communities across five regions. If you are not sure you are inside it, call (435) 512-2845 and we will confirm your address.
We have buildings in more than one city. Can you cover all of them?
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons companies consolidate with us. The routes that cover Logan and Ogden already reach most of northern Utah, so you get one company, one point of contact at the Logan office, and the same standard at every location.
Does service change depending on how far out we are?
No. A site in Heber City is on a scheduled route the same way a site in Logan is. Remote monitoring drives restocking everywhere in the footprint, and most sites are serviced daily regardless of where they sit on the map.
Do you charge more outside Cache Valley?
Distance on its own does not set anything. What matters is the headcount, the equipment the room needs and how often it has to be serviced. And the equipment and installation are free wherever you are. Call and describe the site and we will tell you what it looks like.
Can you get fresh food to the southern end of the footprint?
Yes. Food is cooked and packed in Logan and goes out on the same routes that stock your market or coolers. Product is rotated ahead of its date on every visit, in Provo the same as in Providence.
