Coffee and tea

The first thing people notice.

Coffee is the part of the breakroom your team uses every morning, and the part they complain about first when it runs out. Bean-to-cup, single-serve and espresso equipment, sized to your actual morning rush rather than to the counter.

What you get

Sized to the rush, not the counter.

Most bad office coffee is a sizing problem. A brewer picked to fit the counter is empty by the time the nine-thirty crowd arrives, and after a week of that people stop checking and start leaving the building. We size the equipment to your morning peak and keep the supplies coming with it. Cups, lids, creamers, sweeteners and stir sticks are part of the program, not a separate order you have to remember.

Before you ask

Questions about coffee service.

What does the equipment cost?

Nothing. We provide the brewers and cover the installation, the same as every other part of the room. You get a complimentary consultation first and a no-obligation recommendation for what the space needs.

What does it cost on an ongoing basis?

Most companies simply pay for the coffee and supplies they use, and it is usually well under what the same volume costs through a retail supplier. If you want coffee free to your team it becomes part of a pantry program, which you fund to whatever monthly budget you set.

Bean-to-cup or single-serve?

Bean-to-cup grinds fresh per cup and suits a site where enough people drink it to keep the machine busy. Single-serve suits smaller teams and rooms where everybody wants something different. Plenty of our sites run both, with a brewer for volume and single-serve alongside it.

Can we choose the roasts?

Yes. We carry popular roasts plus specialty coffee and herbal teas, and we adjust the lineup once we can see what actually gets used at your site rather than guessing up front.

Who cleans the machines?

We do, on a schedule. That is part of the service rather than something that falls to whoever happens to notice. Descaling and routine maintenance happen on the route.

Can coffee come with a market or vending?

Yes, and it usually does. Coffee, a market or machines, fresh food and pantry all run on the same route with one point of contact at the Logan office.
