Office pantry
Free to your team, on your budget.
Snacks and drinks the company provides, stocked and managed for you. Your team takes what they want at no charge, and you set the monthly number. A benefit people use every day rather than one they read about in an onboarding deck.

What you get
You set the budget. We build to it.
A pantry is the same shelving and coolers as a market, with the checkout removed. The company funds it, so nothing is charged at the point of use. The part most people underestimate is the management. Somebody has to decide what to buy, notice what ran out, place the order and put it away. On a pantry program that is our route, not somebody's Friday afternoon.
Shelving, coolers and installation at no cost to you.- Employer funded, and free to your team at the point of use.
- Set a monthly budget and we build the program to it.

Before you ask
Questions about pantry service.
What does a pantry cost?
The equipment and installation are free, the same as every other service we run. What you pay for is the product, and you set that number. Most companies work to a monthly budget per person and we build the program to land inside it.
How do we keep the spend under control?
Two ways. The budget is agreed up front and we build the order to it, and you get reporting on what actually gets consumed rather than what was delivered. If a site starts trending over, you hear it from us before it shows up on an invoice.
Can we mix a pantry with things people pay for?
Yes, and that is a common setup. Coffee and basic snacks free to everyone, with a market or a cooler alongside it for the higher cost items and fresh meals. It lets you give a real benefit without funding every lunch in the building.
What goes in a pantry program?
Snacks, drinks, coffee and paper goods in one program. The lineup is built from what your team actually takes and adjusted as the consumption data comes in, rather than a fixed catalogue order every month.
What happens during onboarding weeks or events?
Tell us and we scale it. Hiring waves, guests, all-hands weeks and seasonal pushes all change consumption, and it is easier to plan for than to catch up on.
Does a pantry actually help with retention?
We will not promise you a number. What we can say is that it is one of the few benefits people use every single day and notice immediately when it stops, which is more than most perks manage.
