Vending Machine Service in Northern Utah, Done Properly
Vending has a bad reputation and most of it is earned. Here is what separates a machine people use from one they walk past, and what it costs you, which is nothing.

Vending has a bad reputation and most of it is earned. Sold out on everything anyone wants. A dollar eaten by a machine with nobody to call. The same nine snacks for three years running.
None of that is a problem with vending. It is a problem with how the route was run.
What a modern machine does
Takes card, tap and mobile wallet as well as cash, so nobody has to find change. Reports its own stock levels, so we know what sold before anyone complains. Detects a failed vend and refunds it rather than keeping the money.
A refrigerated machine will also hold real food. Sandwiches, wraps, salads and breakfast items from our Logan kitchen, dated and rotated on every visit.
The part that actually decides it
Telemetry only matters if somebody acts on it. The difference between a machine people use and one they walk past is whether a person shows up when the data says to, and whether the selection changes based on what your team actually buys.
Our routes run out of Logan. We restock on what sold rather than on a fixed calendar, and if something is popular at your site it stays. If something sits for a month it goes.
When vending beats a market
Plenty of the time, and we will say so rather than upsell you.
- Under about twenty five people on site, where a market would sit half empty.
- Rooms with no wall to give up.
- Public-facing or unsupervised areas where open shelving would walk.
- A second point somewhere else in a building that already has a market.
What it costs you
Nothing. We own the machines, install them, stock them and service them. Sales cover it. There is no equipment charge, no monthly fee and no contract keeping you there if it is not working.
If you would rather your team paid less, you can subsidize the pricing. Some employers knock a fixed amount off everything, others cover drinks and leave snacks at full price.
